About KiboERP

The modular cloud ERP built for ambitious African SMEs and the multinational groups that want to operate on the continent without friction.

Our story

KiboERP was born from a simple observation: the management tools used by African businesses are either too expensive, too generic, or completely unsuited to local realities. For years, SMEs have juggled paper notebooks, Excel sheets, outdated accounting software, and international ERP platforms that understand neither Mobile Money, the SYSCOHADA chart of accounts, nor invoicing in CFA francs.

Founded in 2025 with headquarters in Switzerland and operational teams across West Africa (Côte d'Ivoire, Mali, Burkina Faso), KiboERP was designed from day one as a modern, fast and deeply local platform. Our goal: enable any merchant, entrepreneur or multi-branch group to run their business from a single interface — no servers to maintain, no integrations to glue together, no endless training.

Today, KiboERP brings together more than twenty integrated applications — point of sale, inventory, CRM, invoicing, SYSCOHADA accounting, HR, e-commerce, projects, helpdesk, manufacturing — all synced in real time. At a price up to ten times lower than traditional ERP systems.

Our mission

Make business management accessible, affordable and local for the millions of African SMEs that form the backbone of the continent's economy. We believe a shopkeeper in Bamako or an industrial group in Abidjan deserves the same quality of tools as a European company — but adapted to their context, language, currency, payment channels and regulations.

Concretely, that means: a free-forever Starter plan to remove the barrier to entry, Mobile Money payments built natively into the product (not as a paid plugin), complete SYSCOHADA accounting that produces an official balance sheet in one click, and French-speaking support based in West Africa.

Our vision

To become the reference ERP platform across Francophone and Lusophone Africa by 2030, and the credible alternative to international solutions (Odoo, SAP, QuickBooks) for every business that operates on the continent — whether local, pan-African or multinational.

We're building a platform that doesn't just digitise the existing way of doing things — it actively helps SMEs scale: from one counter to multiple branches, from one country to several, from paper to real-time data. That ambition guides every product decision we make.

Our team

KiboERP is built by a distributed team across Switzerland, Côte d'Ivoire and Mali, combining sharp technical expertise with deep understanding of African markets.

  • Mahamadou Djenepo — Founder. Drives product strategy, long-term vision and partnerships. On the ground in West Africa to understand the real needs of SMEs.
  • Ebenezer Collins — Lead Developer. Technical architect of the platform. Responsible for code quality, security, and runtime reliability.
  • Support & onboarding team — Based in Côte d'Ivoire and Mali, supporting new customers in French, English and local languages.

We're regularly hiring developers, support specialists and integration partners. If you want to contribute to a high-impact project, write to us at careers@kiboerp.com.
