Create and qualify a lead

Create a CRM lead

  1. CRM → Leads → New.
  2. Enter name, email, phone, source (web, fair, referral…).
  3. Assign a rep and a score (hot / warm / cold).
  4. Click Convert to opportunity once the need is confirmed.

You can also bulk-import a CSV from CRM → Import.
