Close a session

At end of shift:

1. POS → Register → Close.
2. Enter the counted cash (actual notes & coins).
3. The system computes the variance vs the expected total.
4. Confirm: a Z report PDF is generated and archived.

You can re-download the Z report later from POS → History → Sessions.
